YUM! Citizen Cupcake is an offshoot of Citizen Cake of Hayes Valley.
 No longer is there an utter dearth of decent places to have a bite or 
      drinkie down by Union Square. Cupcakes are the theme, designer cupcakes 
      with crazy names like Moka Choka and Lem-ania. Wine and sake are served 
      (recommended to drink first and THEN go shopping. Makes shopping more fun 
      while making wallet lighter.). Paninis, salads, and way more candy (funky 
      candy, nostalgic sweeties) are also up for grabs.
