Imagine finding good,
cheap barbecue! Now, imagine some yummy Thai food! Okay. Now, imagine
wood-carved farm animals hanging on the walls in a country-home-ish décor!
Put these together and you drop a shoulder at Portrero Hill's San Francisco
Bar-B-Que. Located on 18th Street near restaurants with swank, SF BBQ
serves up a casual alternative that is eclectic in the true sense of the
word. Carnivores and herbivores alike can fill up on large, tasty portions
while trading thoughts on the San Francisco-ness of the eatery (un-SF
only in its reasonable prices!). The dining area is utilitarian, some
plaques are blank, but the staff is attentive and the food is good. Try
it. You'll be back. |
